Jodelson is an excelent mentor. He have never spared efforts to help me and, because of that, I have learned a lot with him. Beyond a great professional, he is a wonderful friend that is always open to talk about anything. He has in deep knowledge in optimization, especially ant colony optimization. From my undergraduate course to my internship at Vale, I had the opportunity to work with him and get his knowledge transfered.
