Jodelson is a very committed, enthusiastic, intelligent and supportive person. I had the opportunity to be under his supervision during my one-year internship at Vale and now it is a pleasure to also have him as my graduation project co-supervisor. He has been very important to my development because he has always been willing to share his knowledge and skills with me as well as providing me guidance and constructive feedbacks throughout our professional and academic relationships.
